Free inspections
Free pest inspections. No catch.
On the first visit our technician looks over the whole place to figure out what pest you have and how bad it is. Then we tell you which plan fits. That's it. You don't pay for the visit and you don't have to sign anything.
What we check
Top to bottom, inside and out.
| Outside | Foundation and slab edges, siding, eaves and fascia, crawlspace vents, gutters, woodpiles, mulch beds and anything touching the house. |
| Under the house | Crawlspace piers, sill plates and joists, moisture, standing water, mud tubes, droppings and gaps where pipes come in. |
| Inside | Kitchen and bath cabinets, behind appliances, bedrooms, closets, the garage and what we can see of the attic. |

FAQ
Questions people ask us
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. There's no charge for the inspection and no obligation to buy anything.
How long does it take?
Usually 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the house and what we find.
Do I need to be home?
For the inside, yes, or someone over 18 who can let us in. For a termite-only look we can often do the outside and crawlspace without you. Confirm.
What happens after?
We tell you what we found, which plan fits, and what it costs. If you want to go ahead, we schedule the treatment.
Is a free inspection the same as a termite letter?
No. A termite letter for a home sale is a formal report for the lender. See termite letters.
